AN INTRODUCTION TO OUR CULTURE
One of life’s certainties is that everyone needs a home. We have the exciting opportunity of making the process of renting or buying a home a brilliant experience for all involved. Our innovative and inspired culture encourages us to do this.

Truth, Transparency and Communication Internally and Externally – even the difficult stuff. This must flow throughout the company, from the top down (and vice versa). A manager not being truthful with someone underperforming, is putting off a difficult conversation which could help that person raise their game. Face to face honest and truthful communication is essential. We do not send emails to take the easy option. We practice radical honesty through constructive criticism to avoid tension, unwanted atmosphere and office politics.

WHAT ARE OUR MAIN OBJECTIVES FOR 2019/20 & OUR 10TH YEAR?
The greatest motivation is contributing to success and celebrating together when it’s achieved, this cannot be done if we don’t know what success is.
OUR GOALS FOR OUR 10TH YEAR ARE:
#1. Build and retain a portfolio of managed property which pays for the costs of RNR. We are currently at 54%
#2. Sell and Let properties we chose to take on better than any other agency in London. We are still the underdog and we must be smarter and quicker than all competition.
#3. Embrace new technology and methods of working to make us more efficient
#4. Never allow ourselves to stop searching for new business
#5. Year 9 turnover was £820,000.
Our target for our 10th year is £1 million
We will work together to achieve these goals as one cohesive team of high performers. Let’s get excited…13 14
NOTE FROM PETER
We have evolved and grown every year since the company started in April 2010 (……in a bedroom). It is in our blood and in
our nature to continue to do so and I take immense pride in what we have achieved, over the last 2 years especially. Whilst our office, clients, systems and procedures have all greatly improved the growth in our team has been phenomenal. We are better now than ever before and that is credit purely to your hard work, commitment and positive attitude. Growth and improvement over this period is particularly noteworthy given the tough climate for our industry. Believe it or not…….most of the competition are not going forth and smashing it.
I am more excited about our 10th year than I have been at any other stage. The foundations we are laying now are positioning the company better than ever before and I cannot wait to organise a huge party with you upon completion of our 10th year in business! 15 16
