6. Fully referencing and progressing the Tenancy

7. Contracts, Payment and Check-in


After successful completion of references, tenants are sent a regularly updated and legally compliant tenancy agreement, for electronic signing. Through our online platform, they pay their first rental instalment and security deposit, or complete the deposit replacement application.

Our inventory clerk will meet your new tenant at the property, complete the inspection and hand over keys to their new home.
