4. Showing your Property
Our database reflects London’s fantastically diverse mix of UK and international buyers. Our experienced consultants will not only accompany all viewings, but also conduct Virtual Tours for overseas buyers.
5. Agreeing an Offer
We will present the from the pre qualified buyer offer, along with any conditions, for you to consider and ask our advice.
Once an offer is agreed we will suggest asking for a reservation deposit, or move straight to sending the Memorandum of Sale and asking the buyer and seller to instruct their solicitors.
6. Carefully Progressing your Sale
Ensuring the sale moves reaches a successful conclusion at an appropriate pace is essential. We work with the very best solicitors, mortgage brokers and PropTech providers to ensure that agreed sales successfully complete.
